I don't think it's a NOAC, judging by the actual games being more 16-bit era than 8-bit.

More likely it's a MD-on-a-chip.

Two things I noted...

1. Looks like a Vii clone.
2. The Vii has a metal plate inside it to give the illusion of more weight. In this, they were too cheap to even pay for the metal plate! (^_^);

Oh yes. When I first saw it it looked like it said RGB on the board.

There's a similar unit for sale in WalMart here, for 179 pesos (around 11, 13 dollars?). Definitely looks 16 bit on screen. I have no idea about the innards of it, but it's not a NOAC, for the looks of the graphics.
