This new section of the forum will make it easier to read an individual person's feedback and why others like or dislike them as a buyer or seller.

basically every member will have their own thread in this section. Within the member's thread you write your good or bad dealings with that user with reasons why. For example:

Polite and fast communications followed with speedy delivery and well packaged.

If a thread doesn't exist for a user one can be made by any member but remember to ALWAYS check first!

I'll now be doing all the hard work of moving feedback from the old style thread to this one under individual users. Please be patient, I have a life too

Wouldn't it make more sense to simply use commenting in user profiles? That way there would be no issue with duplicate threads, no need for a full forum etc.

Otherwise I'll throw in that maybe including sale thread links as a point of reference might be useful. It would give an idea of when the interaction happened and such.

Maybe but this system is used on a few other sites that I'm a member of and works very well. One such site is NTSC-UK which has just as many members as here if not more.

Sure, that's fine to add a link. There's no real set format as of yet. My idea woudl be this.

Action : Bought / Sold
Item: Name of item plus a link to the thread if deemed nessasery
Feedback: Comments regarding how the deal went.

One thing to do for this forum is I would change the settings so it shows up in alphabetical order. Users can change it on their own, but it is much convenient for those that don't know about the option at the bottom.

Would be better to use a plugin to handle user qualification?

Guys, a major problem has popped up. The original thread is gone due to a bug which deleted the entire thread when I tried to delete the first few posts.

I'm really sorry about this. I've been in contact with ASSEMbler but the old thread is gone for good. All I can do is apologize for this mess.

Please if you remember any deals you did in the past, add them here under the users name. I'll be searching my old PM's to add any that I may still have on file.

We don't have old content from the old server still lurking around? Extract! Churn the butter!

I came back to say "I wish I could help you out with the grunt work, but instead all I can offer is moral support and a big kampai."

It's ok, we'll forgive you some day. :luigi:
Lucky for me, I've only dealt with a few people that aren't you or Jamtex, so it'll be an easy add.

I say, we all go through our collections/PMs and add the apropriate information to the best of our abilities/memories? Shouldn't be much of a hard task. I'd say the most important information is if someone is a clot and deserves negative feedback, which would be the easiest to remember.

I'll check my PMs and I know there's some TXT lying around with all the transactions I've made here, just gotta search for it.
