Was 1500 a good buy for these? Thats shipped.
I have figured RVT-Hs tend to go for around 400, so thats $800
and PSP TESTs go for 600 and I'm not sure what the last part goes for.
Thanks.

If you can actually get $400 for just the RVT-H hardware I'd be surprised. Prototype collectors don't need/want them. They're useless set pieces if the drives are devoid of disc images. Homebrewers can do more with a hacked retail Wii than with a RVT-H. You're basically talking sucker prices for that; you'd have to find a buyer who didn't know anything about the hardware and just went "ooh Shiny!" On second thought, that sounds like eBay. That'll probably be your best bet.
The PSP Tool is a neat toy, though the Test is much more limited. If you have the SDK files with the Tool you can experiment quite a bit with PSP dev. Assuming they both come with controllers, I would price the Test around $400-$500 and the Tool around $700-$800. If they don't have controllers, or are in crap shape, you're going to have to knock those prices down.
Assuming everything is in good condition it sounds like you found a seller who sold you everything at going rates. The value is in the PSP kit, not the RVT-Hs.

the test came with the box and complete. the tool didnt but it is complete and good condition.
I don't think $1500 is too bad because it's a pain to find rvt-hs and psp kits these days or so ive experienced.
