Here's some pictures of my PSP DevKits that I have so far:
DTP-L1500 (AV Testing Tool, just plays movie discs, and will not play anything off a UMD) and DTP-T1000 running with external monitors.
Also a computer connected to the T1000 to access the web interface.
The computer also dual-boots RedHat 9 to allow the use of the SDK.
I have an H1500 coming soon, so that'll be added to the collection. The extra controller is the DTP-H200 'PSP Slim' style controller.
Both systems running a movie and game disc off DVD-R: External monitor simply mirrors anything on the PSP itself.
The Godfather is obviously an early build...
The T1000 DevKit has some neat options (naturally), one of them is the ability to see the Sony catalog number and the firmware version the game was programmed for by accessing the 'Check' function on the game:
And this is another game I have on UMD that I don't believe I've ever seen released on the PSP (although it's possibly a PSN game)
it's called Puzzle Share Party, and has games like Swizzle Blocks and Skyscraper on it. Anyone seen these?. Obviously a test build though with the 'cheat sheet' for Skyscraper.

1-Shipping would be hugely expensive
2-Customs fee would be hugely expensive (if they even allow the item to go through)
3-Many big (and expensive) packages go "lost" (ie. stolen), stolen, or stay in customs (ie. stolen ), etc
4-Not sure if this applies, but: In Argentina we use 220V; any item with a power supply not capable of 220V and / or with a different power plug (even if the PS supports 220V) is not allowed to enter the country.
Plus there's always the high probability of the item arriving damaged / DOA, but that can happen to anyone anywhere.
Well, since he's in Brazil there are a couple of roadblocks (from what I heard, it's pretty similar to where I live, Argentina):

If you pay for the shipping I don't see what's stopping you, there's one every week on Yahoo...
