IMHO everyone which is doing such great stuff for the community is deserving some money.
I'm a coder and emu author and I'm really fascinated of all kind of beta and unreleased stuff. Looking forward to the releases.

Dunno, maybe it was a PR move to avoid getting the flak from MJ's abuse scandals at the time...

In any case I dont really care about that but which levels were meant to be on the game on the first place.

Summary of Conspiracy Theory on MJ music in Sonic 3 most likely the music is just inspiration or some such. Not really a scandel though.
