I've got a GH-022 motherboard with a shot A/V connector, not sure what the previous owner did but it works sporadically. Visually the PCB is fine but I can't be sure until I solder in a new connector.
I don't want to remove one from a perfectly good board, preferably one that is non-functional and not easily repaired for reasons beyond the A/V connector. An entirely new board would suffice but it seems the going price for one of these is almost the same as an entire PS2 which makes it out of the question.
