I used to have the panasonic service disc 2 in the past but I loaned it to someone and they ripped me off! That was really hard to find 5 years ago and I am sure it is going to be harder now! In case you do not know what the service disc 2 is for then I will clue you in.
Since the panasonic Q is a gamecube and a separate DVD unit inside the service disc 2 allows you to set the region to 0 and you will have a fully region free DVD player in you Q.
Sorry I forgot to mention that this is for NTSC only. No PAL! you have to solder on more RAM and some other stuff also for that mod to work. But the info is gone from the web now. If you have the PAL mod info please PM me!
