I'm just writing a review on it. Takes the RGB signal from the PS via the standard AV multi connector. On the PC VGA outputs progressive signal (640 * 480).

It is clear that he is in any case better than the composite connection, but also superior and RGB SCART SCPH-1050/52. Not to mention the S-Video.
