Well why don't you just write to Nintendo Europe or Nintendo Austria ? If I'm not wrong there's a big central in Wien.

I don't think Nintendo has any information for me, because this is not a gameboy version directly from nintendo, because it is only an airbrushed one :/

There is no such thing as Nintendo Austria. Nintendo's one and only official distributor in the country is Stadlbauer Marketing which is based in Salzburg.

as far as I know now, this Gameboy Color was the prize of a lottery from the official Nintendo Club Magazine from Germany in 1999
