None of those links are working. Can anyone provide a (U), (U?), or Pal 50hz version download link? I need one that will work on my NTSC 64 with Everdrive. If I'm correct the Pal 50hz version should play fine on my NTSC console right?

Most likely your TV wouldn't accept that. 50hz with NTSC colors is unusual.
