Solaris Japan ran out as well. I really think Micomsoft should be dealing with a US importer to get the thing over here. There's a customer base that would buy it. That plus they should think about how to make it cheaper, though I cannot believe manufacturer costs are that much for them.

I haven't sold out. I made sure to put down for a load of them. Must have sold at least 10 units to members here. Makes me wish I had charged more to make a load of cash Image Nah, only joking.

My price still stands at 39'000 yen if you are willing to wait a month or so or 43'000 yen if you want one right now. Both prices include insured EMS shipping with tracking.

Yakumo

Do you have any component adapters to recommend? They're usually a bit expensive in the west for what they are.

I'm kind of interested in this, but I have no devices that can do RGB. Maybe some that output S-Video, but most that just do composite. When using composite output for example, will I see any gains in video quality, or will it look just the same as it does on a regular CRT? I guess at the very least it can stabilize the video output so modern LCDs are more likely to display the picture, rather than directly out of the consoles?

You have to mod your console to make them compatible with RGB.

Although, I cant speak for the XRGB Mini, the XRGB2+ does help with composite and Svideo signals. Even though the picture wont be as good as something coming from RGB, composite will still take advantage of upscaling and scanline support.

Honestly, if your are not going to be using RGB from you consoles, you may not want to invest in the Framemeister and go with something a little cheaper instead.

You don't own any SNES, Genesis, PS1, PS2, Saturn, or Dreamcast?

Yes only NES, PCE and N64 need to be modded.

Otherwise you only have to buy Scart cable.
