- Air Ranger came out in Japan, then it was released in Europe with the same name.
- Air Ranger 2 came out in Japan, followed by Air Ranger 2 Plus, which had three extra missions.
- Choplifter: Crisis Shield was supposed to be the European/American release of Air Ranger Plus 2, but it never made it out, although a bunch of people reviewed it:
