If I have a flash (version 11164.1) of xbox 360 XDK,
but I can't get cpu key from the flash.
Who can tell me how to composed a new cpu key to flash?
Is this method direction feasible ?

Every Xbox 360 flash is encrypted with a device specific CPU key.
Without said CPU key you cannot decrypt the flash image.
You cannot get the CPU key from a system unless you are running a flash with a KNOWN exploit on the system itself.
This is pretty basic, well documented stuff.
What you want to do can't be done by any known means.
